Influence Mechanism of High-Tech Industrial Agglomeration on Green Innovation Performance: Evidence from China

چکیده

This paper uses panel data from 30 provinces and cities in China between 2008 2017. It calculates the green innovation performance of each province city based on super-efficiency SBM model unexpected output measures high-tech industrial agglomeration degree by using location entropy method. The influence is also empirically tested. found that level industry Eastern are much higher than those Central Western regions. There a significant positive relationship performance. Human capital has mediating effect impact moderating environmental regulation markedly established. regulation, stronger human capital. Based above conclusions, this puts forward relevant policy suggestions for promoting organic combination innovation-driven development transformation China.
